Physiotherapy with judgement
We treat the cause, not just the symptom
Every course of treatment starts with a full assessment: we listen to your history, examine you and agree a treatment plan with clear goals. We combine manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, always guided by scientific evidence.
- A full initial assessment to understand the origin of your pain or injury.
- Manual therapy and advanced physiotherapy techniques applied to your case.
- Therapeutic exercise in our room equipped with a power rack and wall bars.
- Coordinated work with the clinic's psychology and medical teams.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions about physiotherapy, answered
Do I need a medical diagnosis before seeing a physiotherapist?
It is not essential. At your first visit we carry out a full assessment to understand your case and, if we see that you need another specialist's opinion, we will tell you clearly. If you already have reports or scans, bring them: they help us fine-tune the treatment.
How long does a physiotherapy session last?
The first visit is usually a little longer because it includes the initial assessment and examination. Treatment sessions last approximately 45 to 60 minutes, always one to one.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on each case: the type of injury, how long you have had it and your goal. After the initial assessment we propose a realistic treatment plan, with an estimated number of sessions that we review as you progress.
